Apprentice Tattoo Artist

Jessica started working at Topper's Fine Line Tattoos in March of 2007. She is completing her apprenticeship. Originally from Columbia, KY, Jessica now resides in Bowling Green, KY.

Jessica is currently working to build a portfolio, and will have samples of her work up soon - be sure to check back!
